The family-run business has more than 30 years of success. However, they were looking to raise awareness of their brand in new ways. In particular, they wanted to be findable online with a well-defined digital presence.
Goals
- Improve search results with a well-defined digital presence to increase the number of calls from clients and prospects.
THE STRATEGY
Our digital team analyzed the client’s existing communication campaigns. From there, we built a comprehensive strategy that would increase phone calls from clients and prospects.
First, we crafted a series of SEM campaigns that highlighted the phone number of our client.
Next, we launched a print insert campaign three times per month in our own local news publications.
While that was running, we added high impact digital ads on our owned & operated news site.
THE RESULTS
- Significant increase in monthly calls, including nearly 150 calls per month directly attributable to the multi-channel campaign.
