Felicia currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Publisher at the Staten Island Advance. She started working with the company in 2005 at a sister newspaper, The Star-Ledger, before transitioning to her current role in 2017.

Beyond her core responsibilities as an executive assistant, she is deeply committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment. Proudly serving as a member of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee at The Staten Island Advance, she actively contributes to initiatives aimed at promoting equity and embracing diversity across all facets of our organization.
